- You earn 20% of our net revenue from each organizer you refer, for 24 months from their first paid ticket sale.
- Net revenue is our ticket fees after refunds plus Pro and Pro+ plan payments we collect. Card processing never counts. Free tickets earn nothing.
- Event commission is payable 30 days after the event ends. Plan commission is payable 30 days after the payment.
- We pay monthly once you reach $50, by PayPal or Wise. We send a W-9 or W-8BEN before your first payout.
- No self-referrals. Organizers already on EventGator or already claimed by another partner do not count.
- Say you earn a commission when you promote us. No spam. No bidding on "EventGator" in paid search. Never claim to be EventGator staff.
- You are an independent contractor. It is non-exclusive and either side can end it anytime.
- If it ends, commission on organizers you already referred keeps paying through their 24 months, unless the rules were broken.
